About the OCEA

For the 16th year in a row, Consulting Engineers of Ontario presented the Ontario Consulting Engineering Awards (OCEA) — a program that supports and spotlights engineering firms who enrich our society by embodying creativity, ingenuity and leadership to develop breakthrough engineering projects.

The Ontario Consulting Engineering Awards were initiated in 2003 to recognize the knowledge, skills and expertise of consulting engineers in Ontario and to showcase the importance of consulting engineering to improving the economic, social and environmental well-being of Ontarians.

Award Categories & Winners

The most prestigous award was given to the project that best demonstrates the important contribution of consulting engineering to improving the economic, social and environmental quality of life in Ontario.

Awards of Excellence were presented to the most outstanding project in each of four categories based on the size of firms determined by the number of employees.

Firms with 51-100 employees
C.C. Tatham & Associates Ltd. - Stormwater Management Project, City of Barrie
 
Firms with 101-350 employees
